No, size doesn’t matter to us. We equip hotels of all sizes with our solution, because we are happy about every contribution to sustainability, no matter how small it might be.
Once we have received the required information from you, we will program the solution within 24 hours. The creation and printing of the room cards then takes about 7-10 working days.
The first two months are free for you. So you can test our solution at your own rate and convince yourself of the advantages. The only thing we ask you to do during these two months is to have two conversations with us to provide feedback and to adapt the solution to your needs as best as possible. Of course, we are also available for you at short notice if you have any questions or problems.
Of course! We are happy about every hotel that joins our vision and our goal. It doesn’t bother us whether you are in New York, Singapore, Budapest or anywhere else in the world.
On average, it costs the guest 4 to 10 seconds of their precious time to fill out the survey. We know from our own experience how annoying it is to fill out long surveys, which is why we have kept the process as simple as possible.
No! The guest only has to click “Yes” or “No” on the survey and say which service he would like to have done. We do not want any data from the guest and will not ask for it in the future either. The QR-Code cards are programmed for the room and not for the guest. The SMS is sent by the hotel and not by us.
